With error snoozing, you can specify which messages you want to ignore for which customers. This minimizes unnecessary disruptions and optimizes the workflow for your company.
Solution steps:
- As an Administrator: Click on “Settings.”
- Select “Manage Alerts.”
- Here you will see an overview of your currently snoozed error messages per customer and can adjust them.
- Click on the gear icon next to the customer to edit the snooze settings for that customer.
- Here you will see a list of error codes that you have already snoozed for this customer. You can also jump to the customer profile if you want to make sure you have selected the right customer.
- Click on the “+ Add an error code” selection field to set up a new snoozed error code.
- Select from the list of device-specific error codes for RATIONAL devices. You can also filter by appliance type (e.g., iCombiPro, SelfCookingCenter, iVario, etc.).
- The snooze setting is automatically saved in the list for this customer. All devices of this type for this customer will now no longer send these alerts to your company's message center. All other administrators or technicians will also no longer receive alerts for this error code.
Snoozing error codes always applies to your entire Digital Service Manager account. However, if you want to change your personal notification settings (push/email), you can find these in your profile settings.
